This single family residence was gutted inside and out. It required a very large tree in the rear court yard and several trees out from to accent the home.

	The landscaper had not even bothered to back fill with a smooth top soil or jet the hole. He just shoved a large amount of crumbled clay over the roots and watered the trees with a sprinkler. When I came by to check up on the trees a week later they were close to dropping all of their leaves.
